I own a two story totally detached cottage style home, about 2800 sq.ft. living space. The home was built four years ago. I presently heat and cool with a forced air heatpump/furnace (electric) 3.5 ton. Question... Is it worth investing 30K (in my case)? Those are the quotes I got for a closed loop system.
